Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be requested for return within 7–14 days of delivery (you can adjust this timeframe)
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened skincare/cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Refund Conditions:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item shipped

If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within the return window.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video evidence
  • Description of the issue

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used skincare and beauty products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Shipping fees

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank for pending processing time

Return Shipping
